Åkrafjorden Nature acquires and renovates old Fjæra school, which was closed down in 2007.
2019
Opened Via Ferrata Kyrkjeveggen on May 26. The route was built by Robert Stråbø Melkeraae along with Børre Bergshaven.

Expanded Via Ferrata Kyrkjevegen with Hylling route for those who need an extra challenge.
Opened the activity facility Juving.
During covid, Åkrafjorden Nature experienced a record in activities with around 2000 registered visitors.
